The CROSS Before Me

If you live in America, you most likely remember the 9-11 attacks on the World Trade Center Towers, as well as the Pentagon and the attempt upon the White House (which was foiled by passengers who overpowered the perpetrators and gave their lives to protect our nation's Capitol and President).

In recent news is the dispute related to "religious symbols" that came out of the devastation of the Twin Towers.  The Mayor of New York, Michael Bloomberg, was quoted as saying, "This influenced people. It gave them strength. In a museum, you want to show things that impacted people's behavior back then even if you don't think it was right. It's history. Museums are for history and to teach people by example; well, this is what people did back then and you are free to make your own decision."
